Lisa Arronge Counseling

It’s easier to like who you are when you understand how your unique brain works.

My goal is to provide a warm and safe environment where you can comfortably learn about yourself. This can include the past that made you who you are today and how you’d prefer to exist in the present and future.

Together we can navigate through difficult experiences, make behavioral changes, challenge unhelpful thoughts and build coping skills. We will decide together what your goals are and which modalities work best for you as a unique individual.

As an ADHD and dyslexic person myself, I specialize in working with neurodiversity.

I am trained in several modalities and offer more than just talk therapy. Some of the modalities that I work in are: DBT, EMDR, CBT, Solution–Focused, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and polyvagal theory.

I am a proud provider for the SIMS Foundation. Please click the logo to learn more or donate.

I am member of EMDR International Association. Please click the logo to learn more about EMDR.
